I’m a connector at heart—someone who loves bringing people together, encouraging growth, and helping others step into their purpose. My journey has been one of faith, learning to embrace challenges and trust the process.

With over 20 years in ministry and leadership, I’ve had the privilege of leading 60+ service trips, running a paddleboard business in Malibu, and working in executive protection for high-profile clients. Through it all, I’ve discovered my passion for coaching, leadership, and creating meaningful experiences.

Inspired by my son, I started 44 Sports Connect LLC, combining my love for sports, leadership, and personal development. Our mission is to empower athletes, coaches, parents, and leaders through:
