Roy Ponder is a God Talks-certified coach, dedicated to helping individuals and business leaders align with divine wisdom to unlock their full potential. Through His Image Consulting, LLC, Roy empowers clients to overcome obstacles, implement transformative strategies, and step into a more abundant life guided by faith. His coaching methodology provides a clear, practical process for hearing God’s direction, enabling clients to strengthen relationships, enhance focus, and embrace a fearless approach to success.
Prior to launching His Image Consulting, LLC, Roy and his wife, Teresa Ponder, built a strong reputation as certified specialists in odor removal, mold remediation, and indoor air quality solutions. As owners of BIOSWEEP® Central Florida and BIOSWEEP® Alabama, they held credentials from the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors (NORMI) and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in multiple disciplines, including odor elimination. Their commitment to educating homeowners empowered clients to make informed decisions about their property’s health and safety.
Originally working as an automobile interior repair technician, Roy encountered BIOSWEEP®’s groundbreaking technology, prompting him to sell his previous business and acquire the BIOSWEEP® franchise for Alabama (2014) and Central Florida (2023). Teresa, after two decades in elementary education, transitioned into BIOSWEEP® in 2019, utilizing her organizational expertise in bookkeeping, staff management, and operations. The Ponders successfully expanded the BIOSWEEP® brand, becoming industry leaders in Florida before selling their Alabama franchise in December 2023.
Now, with His Image Consulting, LLC, Roy applies his deep expertise in leadership, faith-based transformation, and business development to support leaders in making confident, faith-driven decisions. His work continues to reflect his unwavering commitment to trust, godly character, and insightful coaching.
