Practical Business Wisdom. Spiritual Clarity. Purposeful Leadership.

With more than 37 years of experience in technology, business, and leadership, including over 19 years as an entrepreneur, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of building businesses, leading teams, making difficult decisions, and balancing professional responsibilities with family and faith.

For much of my career, I believed that working harder and pushing through challenges were the keys to success. But when my wife passed away in 2015, my life changed dramatically. During that difficult season, a Word from God gave me hope and began changing how I approached life, leadership, and my relationship with Him.

Years later, I discovered God Talks while looking for ways to help my children develop their own relationship with God. Through that experience, I began to understand how combining practical knowledge and experience with God’s guidance could bring greater clarity, confidence, and purpose to everyday decisions.

Today, through Higginbotham Coaching & Consulting, I help business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, and individuals navigate challenges, make important decisions, and discover their next steps.

My approach combines practical business coaching with spiritual coaching. I draw on decades of real-world experience while helping clients learn to recognize God’s voice and invite His wisdom into their decisions. I believe we don’t have to choose between sound business principles and seeking God’s guidance. The two can work together to bring greater clarity and direction.

Whether you’re facing a business challenge, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to grow closer to God, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
