Based in Vancouver, BC, Lauren grew up in a truly unique way—on the largest non-governmental hospital ship in the world, Mercy Ships. Surrounded by over 50 cultures, she lived in a close-knit, mission-driven community where every person’s experience and perspective sparked her natural curiosity. It was here that Lauren first learned the power of authentic connection, care, and the richness of diverse worldviews. This curiosity has fueled her passion for supporting others on their healing journeys in a way that’s efficient, personalized, and transformative.

With a unique blend of personal insight and professional expertise in bioenergetics, coaching, nutrition, and God Talks™, Lauren empowers women to re-energize their bodies with ease while reconnecting with their deeper purpose. She helps them uncover and walk their own path to lasting restoration and healing.

Lauren’s own journey as a mother has led her through some of life’s most painful challenges. In recent years, her family faced the heartbreaking discovery of her daughter’s childhood trauma, including abuse by a close relative. This experience has deepened Lauren’s commitment to supporting others through grief and trauma, providing a powerfully accelerated healing process, because hope and transformation are closer than you might think.

In her own healing process, Lauren has found nourishment in slowing down—whether through nourishing cooking meals with love, spending time in the garden, listening for guidance from Source/God, walking or biking with her husband, connecting deeply with close friends, or enjoying time with her dogs and family. These simple practices have helped her embrace rest, compassion, and grounding—creating space for joy to return.
