Glenn Cameron Hay-Roe loves helping people discover who they truly are and learn to recognize how God speaks to them personally. Many people come to coaching feeling uncertain about their direction or wondering how to hear God more clearly. Glenn creates a relaxed and encouraging space where people can explore those questions and begin moving forward with greater confidence.

His heart is to help people reconnect with their identity as sons and daughters of God and experience the freedom, peace, and joy that come from living from that place.

Glenn brings both spiritual insight and practical life experience to his coaching. With more than 25 years of experience in technology and telecommunications and over a decade in digital assets and blockchain, he understands the challenges leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals often face when navigating complex decisions.

People often leave conversations with Glenn feeling encouraged, refreshed, and newly confident that God is actively involved in their lives and speaking to them in meaningful ways.

Glenn is passionate about helping people grow in confidence hearing God’s voice and stepping into the purpose they were created for. His coaching style is warm, thoughtful, and encouraging, helping people slow down, listen well, and recognize the ways God is already speaking into their circumstances.

Glenn has a special heart for helping people rediscover their identity and experience the father-heart of God. Through thoughtful questions, encouragement, and spiritual insight, he helps people move from uncertainty to clarity and from hesitation to action.

In addition to coaching, Glenn has spent more than two decades working in technology, telecommunications, and large-scale network systems. Since 2011 he has also been active in the digital asset space, including early involvement with bitcoin mining and trading. His professional background allows him to relate easily to entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals seeking wisdom in both their personal and professional lives.

Glenn connected with Ed Rush and the God Talks movement as a Top Gun Coaching client in 2022, and joined Ed’s Team as “Coach of the God Talks Coaches” in 2023. He has attended eleven God Talks Live events since his first one in Bend, Oregon in June of 2022.

Glenn serves as a resource to the God Talks movement in prayer, prophetic words, and intercessory prayer. His deep knowledge of the God Talks process and his leadership of a 24/7 intercessory prayer team for nearly two years gives him a unique perspective on the ability of God Talks to change lives, countries, and the world.

Glenn lives in Lacey, Washington with his wife, Christi. They are blessed with three adult daughters. Outside of coaching and business, Glenn enjoys cross-country motorcycle adventures, restoring and detailing cars, writing letters with fountain pens, attending a powerful local church, and investing in meaningful conversations that help people grow.
