Mechelle Salmon

Mechelle Salmon is a respected public leader in the Bulverde Spring Branch area with more than 20 years of service in Fire/EMS leadership, including ten years as Chief Executive. For the past eight years, she has served as CEO of the H.I.S. Centre, where her leadership has pioneered experiential medical education and research initiatives designed to shape the future practice of medicine. In 2025, she testified before the Texas Senate on these education strategies and their community impact. She currently serves as Board Chair of Acacia Medical Mission, expanding access to charity medical care for uninsured and underserved neighbors. A former Bulverde City Councilwoman (Place 6), Mechelle helped guide key civic initiatives and strengthen community partnerships across Texas. Through Kairos Aligned, she equips mission-driven leaders to align vision, strategy, and action—right on time.
