Tyler Lennon

My name is Tyler Lennon, and I am the owner and founder of 44 Sports Connect LLC.

I am a Connector, Visionary, and Guide, and my journey has been one of faith taking steps without always knowing where they would lead. I’ve learned and grown by embracing challenges, stepping into the unknown, and doing work in places I never expected to go.
The variety of experiences I’ve been blessed with have prepared me for this next phase of life. I have served as a Pastor and President of a Non-Profit ministry for 20 years, safely organizing and directing several hundred people from all walks of life on over 60 international and domestic service trips. I also owned a Paddleboard Business in Malibu, CA, where I instructed hundreds of people from all walks of life to conquer their fears and learn how to properly paddle and surf in the open ocean. Before moving to Tennessee, I spent the last seven years working in Executive Protection for high-profile entertainment industry clients, which was quite an interesting experience.
These varied roles have allowed me to develop the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, identify giftings, solve problems, optimize situations, connect, lead, coach, train, teach, protect, guide, and encourage.
As a husband and father, I wanted to be present to my young, athletic son, who now wears my old number 44, I was inspired to launch 44 Sports Connect LLC. My desire to be a present and supportive father fuelled this initiative while leveraging my life experiences in a new business venture.
The primary goal of 44 Sports Connect LLC is to support and connect sports businesses, fans, athletes, coaches, sports directors, and parents with solutions in:
• 44 Sports Recruiting: The mission is to connect Student Athletes with solutions to their recruiting needs.
• 44 Leadership Development: Equipping individuals with tools for growth, leadership, and personal success.
• 44 Sports Travel: Crafting customized travel experiences for teams, sports enthusiasts, and individual athletic adventures.
At the core of 44 Sports Connect LLC is 44 Leadership Development—a reflection of my heart and lifetime of experience. As a Maxwell Leadership Team Member and a God Talks Certified Coach, I am passionate about guiding. I would be honored to walk alongside you, helping you connect with God, recognize the vision and gifts He has placed within you, overcome challenges, and embrace the calling and purpose He has for your relationships, family, and business.
